1949 VAC Inspection
I've been trying to decide if it is worth putting the money into restoring our '49 Case VAC. I rebuilt the carburetor, and it runs but needs all new tires, and must be split to install seals. I've decided to go ahead based on a good compression test and after learning that splitting the tractor shouldn't bee that hard. Hopefully I'll be able to post pictures of it in action before too long!

Randall Steers For Sale
This pair of calves were born less than 2 days apart the first week of January 2010. They are very well matched, started on the bottle and human friendly. I've started lead training. I'm offering them for sale as a future ox team. The price is $750 for the pair plus 1/2 of Vet costs. (health papers). Contact Phil through the website or pblang@gmail.com. Don't let this great pair get away!

Hancock Shaker Village 2009
We made our annual trip to the Hancock Shaker Village in Pittsfield, MA the second to last weekend in September to exhibit Randall calves at the Country Fair weekend. We took heifers "Alice" and "Billie", both around 10 months old. The weather was nice on Saturday, rainy on Sunday, but it was a good trip.
